The G-Spot
The G-Spot.
Prepare yourself. Empty your bladder. Wash your hands. Make sure your nails are trimmed, toys are clean, and lube is nearby.
Relax and enjoy pleasure. If you stress too much about finding it, you will be too tense to find the G-Spot. Remember, sexual exploration is about the journey, not the destination.
Get aroused first. The G-Spot swells when you become aroused, making it easier to locate.
Get into a comfortable position. A few good positions include laying on your stomach, squatting, or kneeling forward in a doggie style position.
Place your palm face down on your vulva and slowly insert a finger (or curved toy). Some people may not be able to reach it themselves and will need a partner or toy to help. When using a toy, insert it with the tip pointing up towards the top wall of your vagina. You may want to consider using a few drops of lube. Bend your fingers and move them using a come hither motion. Look for a bumpy area 1-3 inches inside your vagina and up towards your belly button. Remember it will swell when aroused so consider using some form of clitoral stimulation at the same time such as a bullet vibrator.
Again, you need to relax and breath. When you stimulate your g-spot at first it might make you feel like you need to urinate. Just breath and let it pass.
Experiment with different motions and pressures.
Most women prefer short strokes and firm pressure against the G-Spot but try different techniques and see what works for you. Change it up a bit throughout your session.
When you feel like you ready to come stimulate your clitoris while continuing to stroke your G-Spot.
Relax. You are going to feel like you have to pee. Emptying your bladder before hand and having a towel on hand or underneath you might help with comfort. If your still uncomfortable the first few times try stimulating your G-Spot in the bathtub or shower where clean-up is easy.
You might ejaculate. You might not. It's not urine. If you don't orgasm, try again. You will likely have to give it a few tries before you master the technique.
