Lubrication

Lubrication, an essential for every bedroom. There are lots of different types of lube out there, but what's the best? That depends on a variety of factors! How are you using it? Internally, Externally? Do you (or your partner) have allergies or other sensitivies? Will you be tasting it? Using condoms with it? Is it Vegan? Organic? Tested on Animals? Does it contain Chemicals? Is it Toxic or Body Friendly?

Here's the skinny on some common types of lubricants:

Water-based is easy to clean up. Safe to use with sex toys, condoms, and more.

Silicone is great for anal sex but can't be used with silicone toys. Difficult to clean but great for sex in the shower.

Oil-Based - should not be used internally, EVER. And no, you shouldn't use Crisco, Vegetable Oil or anything else.

Flavored - made for oral sex - some taste better than others, can be irritating if used internally.

Read the ingredients. Avoid parabens and petrochemicals. When having any kind of penetration, lube up. It will help prevent irritation and injuries from friction and you will thank me later.
